Terms of Service

Thank you for your interest in commissioning artwork! :) These terms are in place to protect both the client and the artist and may change without notice. Changes will not apply to ongoing commissions.Accepted Currency
All prices and payments are in United States Dollars (USD) only.Payment Method
I currently accept payments preferably through CashApp, but PayPal may be an option. Discuss in DMs.Payment Structure
Commission payments are split into two parts:
• 50% is due when the concept is approved and the finished sketch is given.
• 50% is due upon completion of the piece, before final delivery.You will receive a distorted preview of the final artwork upon completion. Once the remaining balance is paid, the high-resolution final product will be delivered.Refund Policy
The half-and-half system is in place in protection of this. In the circumstance of the first half being paid and not being able to pay the second, it will be treated as a payment for the sketch/W.I.P. I do not typically do refunds.Usage, Reposting, and CreditYou MAY:Repost the artwork with credit.Use the artwork for profile pictures, banners, or in personal, non-commercial spaces.Print the artwork for your own personal use.You MAY NOT:- Repost the artwork without credit.
- Remove, obscure, or edit out my watermark or signature.
- Alter, edit, or modify the artwork in any way (unless it is to add color filters or your own leisurely minor edits).
- Claim the artwork as your own or falsify its origin.
- Use the artwork as heavy reference, tracing material, or to produce heavily-resembling works (not including pose references).
- Input the artwork into any AI generator, filter, or training model.
- Use the art for any commercial project unless we’ve discussed it.Revision PolicyI allow for minor changes and corrections, especially during early stages. Your satisfaction matters, but boundaries must be respected.Reasonable revisions are allowed when there’s a misunderstanding or inaccuracy based on your character/conceptual request.I do not accept repeated, excessive, or last-minute edit requests that fall outside the original vision of the commission.If an edit request exceeds reasonable limits or strays too far from the original idea, I have the right to decline.Age Restrictions and Sensitive ContentYou must be 18 years or older to request any NSFW or otherwise sensitive content.Misrepresenting your age for the purpose of obtaining adult content will result in immediate cancellation with no refund, and you will be blocked from future commissions.Artist RightsAs the artist, I retain ownership of the brand, style, and creative execution of the commissioned piece.I have the right to showcase the artwork in my portfolio, on social media, or as commission examples—unless you request privacy in advance.Quote ProcessI can provide quotes based on the complexity of your request. My pricing is flexible and depends on details such as character design, pose, and background.While I’m happy to work with your budget to some extent, aggressively attempting to haggle or lowball my prices will result in blacklisting from future commissions.Response Time & CommunicationI will always respond as promptly as I can, typically within a few hours if on my preferred socials (Telegram, Instagram). If you have an active commission slot, you will always receive frequent updates from me as your art is being worked on. If I have not messaged you, there likely has not been a significant update yet.If you have already paid the 50% sketch and I begin your commission but receive no further communication or responses from you (up to 3 weeks) the commission will not be completed. In that case, you will only receive the WIP (work-in-progress) version, and no refund will be given.*If an emergency got in the way of your communication, I am willing to hear you out and possibly continue the artwork as normal.What I Will DrawI am comfortable working with a wide range, including but not limited to: human/sub-human characters (men and women), feral animals, furries, light mechanical designs (no heavy mech), monsters, complex or intricate character designs, NSFW content, and gore.If your commission includes any combination of the above, feel free to reach out with your idea.What I Won’t DrawThere are specific boundaries I maintain regarding content. These are not publicly listed, as they are situational and best discussed individually. If you're unsure whether your request is acceptable, please contact me directly via DM.Turnaround Time
I aim to complete all commissions whenever I have the spare time (1-2 weeks average), typically daily progress. For bigger, more complex commissions, the TAT may increase due to the amount of detail needed to complete them (~1
month.Final AgreementBy commissioning me, you agree to all the terms listed. You have read them, understand them, and will abide by them during the commission process.Failure to follow these terms may result in your commission being canceled, loss of access to my services, or being blacklisted from commissioning in the future.Thank you for supporting my work! ♪

About Me!

Typically, I go by Keyzey online but I sometimes also go by my sonas’ names (Oakley and Nero)!I've been an artist as long as I've been a furry, and been a furry for longer than I haven't. I love all things fur craft! I have an infatuation with fursuits, digital art, and 3D crafts! I hope to get into fursuit-making myself and expand my craft.Despite being a furry, it's not all that I create or draw either. I enjoy conceptualization, mostly personal. Things like monsters, new species, designs anthro/human alike, species fusions... I like working with fun things and new, original things.I aim to always mold my artstyle and expand versatility as much as possible. I've learned several artstyles to draw in, and intend to learn several more. And above all, I always keep an open mind!
